Today:-Osteoporosis is a condition, when the bone density is lower than the normal density. It might look like a simple definition, but Osteoporosis is a serious issue in a daily life, weaker bone means poor health, persistent back pain, problem in doing usual daily activities, etc.
Osteoporosis can happen to a person who is a smoker, intakes large amount of alcohol, who has a medical condition like (overactive thyroid, type1 diabetes, Rheumatoid Arthritis, etc.), medication side effect, lack of calcium and Vitamin D, etc.
There are some asanas to reverse Osteoporosis:-

Padmasana
Konasana
Dhanurasana
Ushtrasana
