Malnutrition is the reason of short height but it decreasing day by day and we can see in today’s generation. Somewhere malnutrition reacts on children in rural area or poor people in urban area but on the other hand good thing is youngsters are growing well. During 1989 to 2014 around 2.8% boys grew well by the age of 18 and girls grew around 1% along with this there were growth raised also in weight. Boys put on 7-10 kg by the age of 18 and girls put on 5 kg.

Now in this century people got conscious regarding this problem and they don’t ignore their children’s health. We have to get rid of the malnutrition problem so we should nourish our children a healthy food.
