Mata Jai Kaur Public School, Ashok Vihar celebrated its 38th annual day

Today :- Jan – Mata Jai Kaur Public School, Ashok Vihar celebrated its 38th annual day. The festivities began with a divine shabad followed by lamp lighting ceremony. Padmini Singla former IAS, Director of Education was the chief guest for the day. School principal Col (retd) Ashok Kaul presented the annual school report highlighting the achievements and accomplishments of the students. The highlight of the day was the English play ‘Macbeth’ -an adaptation of Shakespeare’s play followed by a dance drama. An exhibition displaying the work done by the students was also put up. School chairman S Surjit Singh, former Bishop of Delhi and vice chairperson of the school graced the occasion. School magazine ‘Sterling 2015’ was released on this occasion.
