Sleeping Direction May Change Your Life…..

Your physical and mental health will suffer adversely.
According to Vastu shastra, the human body acts as a natural magnet with the head as its North Pole and the legs as its south poles. If we point our head towards north while sleeping, the North Poles of the earth and body will repel each other as same poles repel each other. This will affect the blood circulation and cause disturbed sleep and stress.
